The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the Group and meets regularly to assess, review, and approve the Group’s strategy, plans and performance. In addition, the Board has several executive committees such as Audit & Risk and Nomination & Remuneration.

In his 10 years of experience, Saud was fortunate to be exposed early on to the operations of a large local corporate and exceptional banking operations. He was able to combine this with his entrepreneurial drive to reenergize business through his focus on solid strategizing, profit maximization and process reengineering. Focusing on growth of his companies has led him to continuously compete to deliver better performance.
Saud is the Chairman of Quality Support Solutions Co. “QSS” (A dynamic solutions provider in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Automation), Chairman of Cosmos Events (a leading Saudi events, exhibitions, services and digital products company), and also the chairman of Volt Industrial Co. (Manufacturing Next-Generation Electric Vehicles Chargers)
He is also Board Member of Safari Group of Companies. Safari Group i s a leader in the field of Construction, Facility Management, Travel, Telecom, Hospitality, F&B, Oil & Gas and other investments and has been running since 1984. This group owns more than 20 businesses with over 14,000 people working under its wing
Saud is also the director of facilities management at Safari group, spearheading the company’s operations strategies, as such, he is called upon for his knowledge on client relations and operational performance. Prior to this appointment, Saud headed the Senior Management Development Program at the Saudi British Bank as a Relationship Manager.
Saud also worked closely with leaders in Asian global finance during the Private Bank Program by JPMorgan in Hong Kong, where he focused on market analysis, risk management, and portfolio construction.
Saud holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marymount University and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Catholic University of America, Washington DC.

Roni El Haddad is the Chief Executive Officer of Cosmos Events. He has been working in the events and exhibitions industry overall for over 15 years across the GCC and Mena region, with various top international event companies: dmg events, RX-Reed Exhibitions, IFP Expo... His trademark skills, exemplary event and exhibition management, and wide network, which ensure stakeholders reach their objective and deliver success.
He excels at communications, connections, vision to lead, operations, and his attention to detail means that events and meetings go smoothly from concept to completion. During his journey, he has extended his experience into numerous sectors in the trade exhibitions field, including construction, food, FMCG, design, health, beauty, HVACR, and facilities management, making him skilled in one of the strongest professions in the exhibitions and events industry in Saudi Arabia.
His strong experience in several sectors in retail, entertainment, logistics, pharmaceutical, and in the MICE industry he managed to bring together strong international associates. Roni grew up in Beirut, Lebanon and has been living in the GCC since 2005 across UAE, Qatar, and KSA. He received his BBA in management at Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon.

Ghadah is Safari Group’s Business Development General Manager. With 24 years of experience, she is a consistent top performer, delivering tangible advantages in her work in the public and private sectors. Prior to her current role, Ghadah was a Deputy Minister to the Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning, and Chief Governance Officer and Chief Operations Officer for the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
She has also held positions as Assistant General Manager at SAMBA Financial Group, Senior Manager at RMG’s Credit Risk Analyst Division, Relationship Manager at Global Relationship Banking, and Project Manager at Corporate & Investment Banking Group. Ghadah holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from London School of Economics and Political Science, and a bachelor’s degree in Literature from Brown University.

Sleiman is an experienced Event Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the events industry for the last 2 decades with 80+ Events in 9 different countries; Europe and GCC, where he managed to build solid foundations and created clever connections with clients, partners and stakeholders.
This has ensured, not only the success of the organization, but also established long lasting rapports with partners and stakeholders around the world. He is skilled in Business Development, Conference Production, Virtual and Hybrid Events, Operations Management, Large Scale Events, Award Ceremonies, and International Events.
In addition to his experience in the private sector, he worked as an event consultant for different International NGOs: CHEMONICS-USAID, UNDP, WEF, PIN. By combining passion with efficiency, Sleiman understands the clients’ needs and then tailor-makes an extraordinary event that delivers memorability and long-term impact.
